Wonder & Discovery: Science Activities Through a Christian Lens focuses on how young children learn science through hands-on exploration, sensory experiences, and simple cause-and-effect play. We will explore developmentally appropriate ways to nurture curiosity and wonder while honoring values such as gratitude, kindness, and care for the environment. You will leave with a nature based memory game that models play-based, child-lead learning using real and found materials.

This training will help you understand why you should shift your focus in your preschool classroom from ABCs and 123s to hands on learning using developmentally appropriate approaches. Come learn some practical ways to use preschool social emotional development to help make your classroom run more smoothly while also enhancing your children’s love for learning and understanding of who God created them to be.
